Eugene Orlando, Jr. is President of Orlando Law Offices, P.C. representing clients in all State and Federal Courts and administrative agencies for over 45 years. He is a graduate of the Hill School, the University of Pittsburgh (B.A. English), Western New England College School of Law (J.D.), and New York University (LLM). He concentrates his practice in all aspects of Real Estate, Zoning, and Municipal Law, Commercial and Business Law, Wills, Estates, and Elder Law. He provides complete legal services in these areas of concentration.  He currently serves as Municipal Solicitor for Hereford, and District Townships.  He also serves as Zoning Solicitor for Colebrookdale Township, Douglass Township, Greenwich Township, Albany Township, Robeson Township, Washington Township, and Borough of Robesonia Zoning Hearing Boards, and as conflict Solicitor for Borough of Wyomissing Zoning Board. He also serves as Solicitor for the Berks County Controller. He counsels both individuals and business clients throughout Berks, Montgomery, Chester, Lehigh, Lebanon, and Lancaster Counties.  Because of extensive professional relationships, he also provides reliable referrals for clients needing other services the Firm does not presently provide. He is the owner of Berks County Abstract Company, a full service title insurance agency providing closing and settlement services to the full range of clients from basic residential transactions to complex multi-million dollar commercial transactions.

He serves the legal profession as a member of the Pennsylvania and Berks County Bar Associations. He is a past president of the Berks County Bar Association and a past member of the Board of Directors. He previously served the Association as its Treasurer and Director, including as prior chair of the Governmental Affairs and Client Dispute Committees, as well as many other committees and sections of the Bar Association throughout his career.

He has been consulted as an expert witness in real estate matters and has served as a lecturer for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute, National Business Institute and the Berks County Bar Association.

Community activities include previously serving as Chairman of the Boyertown Area United Way and Chairing the Hawk Mountain Council Good Scout Dinner in Boyertown.  For many years he served as a volunteer for the Sixth Station Ministry, Inc., a homeless outreach. He is an active member of St. Catharine of Siena Catholic Church and serves as daily Mass lector. He and his wife Virginia have been married for more than 50 years and are blessed with a wonderful son and grandchildren.
